Will this work for my club or youth sports organization that’s not a PTA or PTO?
Heck yes! This finance manager will work for pretty much any organization that needs to make a budget, track income, expenses and profits.
We have more than 50 income or 50 expenses. Can more be added?
The system is designed to work with up to the 50 category limit for income and expenses. Adding additional categories will break the program. Visit the set up and trouble shooting page for workaround details.
Do I have to buy another copy next year?
Nope! Make a copy of the file, and re-customize for the new year.
Does the program use subcategories?
Creating subcategories is easy. You have full control over how they appear in the budget- list alphabetically or chronologically in order of events and programs throughout the year. Visit the set up and trouble shooting page to learn more

I’m not very good with Google Sheets. Will I be able to use it?
If you’ve never ever used Excel or Sheets before, this may not be the right system for you. If you are somewhat familiar with spreadsheets, you’ll be fine. This system is designed to be beginner friendly and no accounting or math skills are needed!
So math isn’t my thing…
No problem! There’s no math required. You plug in the numbers and the system takes care of the rest for you!
